On the bright side, the hostel was conveniently located near the scenic mountains and beautiful lake. It provided a stunning backdrop for my New Year's getaway. Additionally, the price was surprisingly reasonable for a stay in Switzerland, which made it more affordable for budget-conscious travelers. Finally, the hostel offered a variety of recreational activities such as table tennis, table football, and paddleboards, providing entertainment options during my stay.

The hostel fell short in several areas. I had expected a lively and social atmosphere, but instead encountered a group of dull and grumpy individuals who promptly went to bed by 9pm.

The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake were delightful. The food was so delicious that it felt like a culinary journey through Switzerland.

No plugs next to the beds.

The value for money at this hostel was excellent, and the room wasnice and neat. The location was perfect, right on the lake with fine views, and the staff treated us with the utmost friendliness and helpfulness.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
